The story of Askoll EVA is a narrative of innovation and vision, which dates back to the roots of an Italian family business. Founded by Elio Marioni, Askoll S.p.A. was established in 1978 and quickly specialised in producing highly efficient, low-energy consumption electric motors. Its products, known for their reliability and performance, became essential components for household appliances and industrial equipment around the world.

As the 21st century progressed, concerns about sustainability and the need for new urban mobility solutions grew. Elio Marioni, with his vast experience in electric motor technology, saw an opportunity to apply his knowledge in a new field: electric vehicles. In 2014, Askoll EVA (Electric Vehicle Alternative) was born as a spin-off of the parent company, with the aim of designing and manufacturing zero-emission vehicles that were accessible and efficient for daily use.

Askoll EVA's first vehicle was an electric bicycle, launched in 2015, which stood out for its lightness and the integration of an in-house developed motor and battery. Soon after, the company introduced its line of electric scooters, which quickly gained popularity in the European market. These scooters, such as the eS1 and eS2 models, were distinguished by their minimalist design and, above all, by their patented technology. Askoll EVA not only manufactures the vehicle but also produces most of its key components, from the motor and battery to the electronic control unit, ensuring total control over quality and performance.
